To review: I live on the third story and there's a sidewalk directly under my miniscule balcony. I've lived here for seven months. That would be seven months of resisting the urge to spit loogies on the heads of passers by. I fear my willpower will soon crumble though, so don't go walking on this side of the building any time soon.
